I partner with Headway to offer in-network psychiatric care for a growing number of insurance plans, while also providing self-pay options for patients who prefer to pay out of pocket or whose insurance is not currently accepted. Headway manages insurance verification and billing; however, coverage, copays, deductibles, and eligibility are determined by your individual insurance plan and are not guaranteed.

I am currently accepting Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension (SmartHealth), Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania, and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. Credentialing is in progress for Oscar Health (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Florida Blue, and Florida Blue Medicare Advantage. If your insurance is not listed, or if coverage is limited by your plan, self-pay appointments are always available and offer a flexible alternative without insurance involvement.

HEADWAY VERIFICATION & SCHEDULING

Registration Requirement: All patients are required to complete registration through both IntakeQ and Headway prior to their appointment. IntakeQ is used for scheduling, intake forms, and clinical documentation, while Headway is used for insurance verification and billing. Appointments cannot be confirmed until registration is completed in both systems.
